LET'S VISIT: Butterfly World

We recently stayed over in Moncton for a few days and took the opportunity to visit Butterfly World. We enjoyed every minute of our visit, photographing the exotic butterflies in the indoor garden. We were only able to catch a few of the butterflies on camera due to the fact that we were pressed for time, but there were many more available for viewing. An impressive variety of species!

Golden Helicon Butterfly (Heliconius Hecale) photographed at Butterfly World.

We even had butterflies land in our hands and on our clothes, including the female Blue Morpho Butterfly (Morpho Menelaus), the Giant Owl Butterfly (Caligo Eurilochus), the Monarch, and more. What beautiful creations! Happiness!!

We held and photographed a variety of butterflies at Butterfly World.

Butterfly World is located at The Boardwalk, just across from Magnetic Hill Zoo and Magic Mountain, at 2800 Mountain Road in Moncton, NB. A great summer destination for kids of all ages! This year, it is open from 10am-8pm daily from June 30th to September 3rd. Only two days left to visit. Hurry!
