NATURE: Violets

Sometimes, we take little things for granted. Take violets, for example. Those little purple and blue flowers that grow wildly and naturally throughout our province of New Brunswick in the Spring. At first glance they may seem common and simple and they may even get overlooked in those sprawling grassy fields. But, have you ever stopped to take a good close look at them? Have you ever really inspected the intricacy in the design of those tiny petals? The varying shades of blue and purple? Violets have a regal beauty all of their own.
